Your delivery options
Mike Pawley Sports delivers Australia-wide. For your convenience, we offer Standard Delivery, Express Delivery, and FREE Click & Collect at selected stores.
FREE Click & Collect is available from our Manly Vale and Dee Why stores only. Please note that items may need to be transferred between stores so please allow 2-3 days for your order to transfer. Click here for store details.
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and are charged in $AUD at checkout. If you choose to cancel an order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for both delivery and return shipping costs.
Delivery timeframes outlined below are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed. Increased order volumes during sales or promotional periods may result in dispatch or delivery delays.
Order Processing & Dispatch Times
- Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday during business hours (excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed outside business hours will usually be processed on the next business day, subject to stock availability and transfers from other stores.
- Orders placed outside business hours from Friday afternoon through Sunday will typically be processed by the following Monday, subject to stock availability and transfers from other stores.
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 business days of receiving payment.
(1) Click & Collect — Free In-Store Pickup
Available at Manly Vale or Dee Why stores only
- No additional costs
- No minimum or maximum purchase
- You will be notified by email once your order is ready for collection
- Orders may require inter-store transfer (allow 2–3 business days)
Collecting your Click & Collect order
- Please bring your order confirmation email as proof of purchase
- If a third party is collecting on your behalf, photo ID will be required. Once collected, responsibility for loss or damage transfers to the customer.
(2) Standard Delivery within Australia
- FREE for orders AUD $300 and above (per transaction)
- AUD $11.95 for all other orders
- Bulky or heavy items may incur additional shipping charges based on size, weight, and destination. Items over 105cm in length cannot be sent via Australia Post and may require a private courier, which may result in additional costs.
- Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days from dispatch
- Delays may occur during sale or promotional periods.
(3) Express Post delivery within Australia
- AUD $21.95 for all orders
- Bulky or heavy items may incur additional shipping charges based on size, weight, and destination. Items over 105cm in length may require a private courier service.
- Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days from dispatch, depending on metro or regional location
- Delays may occur during sale or promotional periods.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a delivery confirmation email containing your tracking details. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout.
If you:
- Have not received your dispatch email, or
- Have not received your parcel within the estimated timeframe,
