REDBACK USAOK STEEL CAP UNISEX WORK BOOTS (LACES)

The classic Redback and part of Redback’s Apline Safety Toe range, the Redback USAOK style is a traditional steel toe work boot in a Dark Brown (Claret Oil Kip) leather finish.

All Redback boots make your working life easier, thanks to light-weight flexibility combined with heavy-duty durability. The air cushion midsole is made of a special compound with millions of tiny air bubbles to improve shock absorption and energy return, and to reduce weight. Coupled with the anatomic last and sole profiles, this is why Redback boots keep you on your feet for longer.

Choosing the right size footwear or sporting accessories can often be easier said then done.

Our shoes, clothing and accessories are generally sized in US, UK or European fittings. As there is no international standard, we highly recommend you refer to the Product Size Guides listed by brand for starters.

If you're between sizes, it might be safest to go for the size up, rather than the size down.

If you're still unsure of your size, please contact our Customer Support Team for assistance or visit us instore for guidance to help you find the correct fit for your feet!

Delivery Options

Mike Pawley Sports delivers Australia wide. We offer FREE delivery for orders AUD $250 and above per transaction. For your convenience, we also offer both standard and express delivery within Australia.

If you require your goods urgently, we recommend you select the FREE CLICK & COLLECT delivery option at the checkout and we will arrange for your items to be transferred to one of our 5 retail stores as nominated by you. Click here for store locations.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once we have received your order and payment, we will pack and dispatch the item within 2 business days. If we are unable to dispatch your order for any reason, we will notify you within 2 business days.

Once your order leaves our store, you will receive a ‘delivery confirmation email’, so it is important your email address is correct when you first place your order through our Site. Please notify us as soon as possible if you find your contact details are incorrect.

If you have not received this email, or if your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time frame, please contact our Customer Support Team and we will start investigating immediately for you.

Collecting your "Click & Collect" parcels

Click & Collect parcels will need to be signed for at the store you nominated for pick-up. Simply use the email copy on your phone as proof of purchase for collection.

If you authorised another person to collect your parcel, he or she will require photo identification in order to sign for and collect the parcel. Once your parcel has been signed for, you will be responsible for any damage or loss to your items.

Returns

Want to return an Item?

If you are not 100% satisfied with a product for any reason, whether your purchased it in-store at any of our retail outlets, or online through our Site, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange provided certain conditions are satisfied.

All returns must arrive back in their original condition, unused, unworn and with all tags attached and internal packaging in their original condition as well. A refund will not be processed if the items returned do not comply with these conditions.

For in-store purchases

For in-store purchases, please return your product to the store in which you purchased it as this will facilitate an easier exchange, refund or replacement if applicable. You must present proof of purchase, preferably your original register receipt.

For online purchases

For online purchases, please email our Customer Support Team together with your proof of purchase confirmation and contact mobile number so we can review your order and provide instructions how to return your purchase to us for exchange, repair or refund.

Please note, any delivery charges associated with a return or exchange are to be paid by the Customer unless covered under a Warranty Claim.
